We believe every memory deserves care — and so does every customer.
If something isn’t right with your order, we're here to make it right.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Beyond this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
To be eligible:

Your item must be unused and in original condition

It must be returned in the original packaging

Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email)
📝 Note: Personalized or customized items (e.g. with uploaded photos) are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at contact.mpcstore@gmail.com with:

Your full name

Order number

Reason for the return
-
A photo if the product arrived damaged or incorrect
Our team will reply within 48h with the next steps.
📦 Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
We may ask for a photo or short video to confirm the issue before processing.
4. Refunds (if approved)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

First, check your bank or PayPal account again

Then contact your card provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange your product, contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
7. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping fees (if paid during the order) are non-refundable.
8. Address for Returns
We will provide the return address by email once your return request is approved.
Please do not send any package without confirmation.
9. Policy for Personalized Products
Due to the unique nature of our product, personalized cases cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
We invite you to double-check your photo upload and model selection before confirming your order.
