That’s why we treat every order like a memory on its way to someone who cares.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • 🇺🇸 United States

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom

  • 🇨🇦 Canada

  • 🇦🇺 Australia

🌍 Other countries: Not available at this time — but we’re working on it.


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

📸 Custom images are not printed by us — they are uploaded digitally through our app and transmitted via NFC. So your case ships ready for your first personalization.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location:

🇬🇧 UK 7–12 business days
🇨🇦 Canada 7–12 business days
🇦🇺 Australia 8–14 business days

Please note:
These are average delivery times. Delays may happen due to customs, weather, or peak seasons — but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.


4. Shipping Costs

Our rates are simple:

  • $4.95 flat shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $80

5. Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking.
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking link.
If you didn’t receive it, check your spam folder or contact us at contact.mpcstore@gmail.com.


6. Customs & Import Fees

For orders outside the U.S., customs fees or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Lost or Stuck Packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10 days or seems stuck, contact us.
We’ll investigate with our shipping partners and offer a solution — replacement or refund if necessary.

📫 If your package is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, check:

  • With neighbors or your front desk

  • Your local post office

  • Any alternate delivery address

If still unresolved, reach out. We’ll work with you.


8. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Make sure your shipping details are correct.
If the address was entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we’ll ask you to cover the re-shipping cost.

If it was our mistake, we’ll take full responsibility.
